Virtual Charity Gifts
1. What does the gift recipient receive?
They will receive one of our gift cards in the post with the your own personalised message. You can choose if this is sent to you or to the person you wish to receive it. Alternatively, you can choose not to send any gift card, in which case you will just receive a confirmation email of your purchase.
2. How does it work?
Simply pick a gift, choose to send it as a printed gift card, add your personalised message, tell us where to send the card and add to basket. Once you’ve completed the checkout process, we’ll deliver your gift as a physical card.
Every card comes with the option to add your own message.
3. How long will delivery take?
We print our virtual gift cards every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Once printed, your card is sent out second class the same day.
4. How is my money spent?
The gift that you choose is a representation of how we could spend your valuable donation in our work. When you buy a gift, your donation will be allocated to one of three areas. Depending on what gift you select, the money will be dedicated to one of the following three areas:
- Supporting Men
- Raising Awareness
5. Can I return a virtual charity gift?
As our virtual gifts count as a donation rather than a purchase, under Charity Commission rules we are unable to offer you a refund.
6. Can I place my order over the phone?
Yes, you can. To place an order by telephone, just ring us on 0300 045 0003. We are open 8am-8pm Monday to Saturday and 9am-6pm on a Sunday.
7. Can you deliver my order overseas?
Yes, we can deliver overseas. To do this, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a personalised delivery quote. We aim to get back to you within one working day. If you are happy with the price, you can then call us on 0300 045 0003 and we can place the order over the phone for you. We are open 8am-8pm Monday to Saturday and 9am-6pm on a Sunday.
