Delivery and Returns Information
Standard UK delivery
Our standard UK delivery is £3.95. We aim to deliver your order within 3 – 5 working days. During busier periods, this may take up to 10 days. When you spend £50 or more, standard delivery is on us. You can find tracking information in your email confirmation.
Next Day - UK only
Our next day delivery is £7.50. When you place your order before 1pm Monday to Thursday, your order will arrive the next day. We can't deliver next day for orders placed on Friday or Saturday.

When you order health information from our range of publications, you won't pay delivery costs. You can also download most of our publications for free as PDFs.
If you're ordering items for an event, we recommend placing your order 7 working days before.
Overseas Shipping
We're delighted to see support for our charity grow outside of the UK and will try our best to ship your order overseas. Please get in touch with us for a quote via shop@prostatecanceruk.org letting us know the items you'd like to order, your shipping address and your phone number. Once you approve the quote with us, we'll arrange for a member of our team to call you and take payment over the phone. Your order will be sent tracked.
Remember you may have to pay additional customs and VAT in the country of delivery before receiving your order. We're sorry to say that we're not able to accept orders from the USA rat the moment due to the very high shipping fees.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your order. If an item isn't what you expected, or it arrives damaged, return it within 30 days and we'll happily replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer. Postage costs can't be refunded. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
We'd be very grateful if you please only return items to us that are unworn and in their original packaging where possible. Please complete the return slip and enclose this with your returned item(s) and pack them securely to avoid damage. This will help our warehouse team process this more quickly for you.
We'll process refunds within 5 working days once we've received your return. We recommend that you send this to us via a tracked service.
We can't accept partial exchanges, for example on our bundled items.
If your items arrive damage, please send us photos to shop@prostatecanceruk.org as soon as possible. We'll investigate this and send you a refund or replacement as per your wishes.
Virtual gifts and donations are non-refundable, but if you made an error, contact us within 48hours and we’ll sort it out.
We exist to support men navigating prostate cancer, and their loved ones. 100% of profits from the sale of our merchandise goes back into funding research and support for men affected by prostate cancer.
On our shop we also offer leaflets, health information and vital resources like our surgery support pack free of charge. We also cover the cost of posting these to individuals or health professionals.
